[Assam] Ignore burking of mad dog

I never responded as they did not deserve any rebuttal or refutation due to
its poor quality. I ignored them as barking of mad dogs.

"Ignore burking of mad dog" is not necessarily be in regards to religious
context.

We see people ignoring in other context as well.
e.g. I had ignored Chandan Mahanta's emails recently
Mayur did not respond to Chandan's last email

So the usage of the phrase "ignore burking of mad dog" can be for other
context too :)
