Does the report talk about the economic value, in
specific dollar terms, of the many liberation wars
that our "boys" have thrust on us civilians?

More specifically, if the GOA were to bumble along the
way it is and has and if the liberation wars were not
inflicted on us, what would the delta be from where we
are today?

If this report does not talk about it, is there any
other report?
