  Should that NGO - Scorpion - in Assam try to focus its energies on ONE strategy?

  PS: It seems NRI s are putting a high priority in getting their sons (and also their daughters) atleast in LA region -- to learn Judo-Karate like skills --mostly at ATA - American Taikwando Asso. Even 9 year olds are getting black belts . Also, maybe swimming keeps them afloat.
   
  Perhaps thats what makes them competitive -and stay focused:
