Rabin-da,
You can email your articles to editors at assamnet.org . I have yet to publish a newsletter. I assumed that you are banned or you have left - judging by your last email --where you tried to show that my posts were also not being allowed!!
Regards and Thanks.

My last message was NOT censored pl. see

Second, for ASA newsletter we have may editors but only two at anytime are in charge of production of the newsletter. Currently I am not producing the newsletter -the one who produces is the one who also edits its content. Further, the guiding principle for editing is that it (the article) should not be offensive , abusive or vulgar.
I do not know why you have been banned from AssamNet but I do not see any bias against anybody or any biased attempt to remove anyone's posts.

Pleaase do comment on that article also when it is published.

Guidelines violations in Assam by interviewers/employers are pretty
common - there got to be a way to deal with such violations.
There are not many jobs out there (in Assam) so candidates need to
prepare for interviews as well - just do not seat-back with high performances records.
Somehow needs to find a way to make all students aware about the
job-interview requirements right from the college. Most colleges
abroad have placement sections offering interview-tips. In India too some colleges do have this feature.
Do we have in Assam colleges?

--------------------------------------
Some tips highlights:
How to prepare for a job interview?
What a candidate needs to know before attending the interview?
Is the percentage score shown in the mark-sheet or class listed in the
degree certificate enough to pass an interview?
How to greet an interviewer or a board of interviewer?
How to talk in an interview?
Students from most Assam colleges do not get any job-interview
training/tip from the colleges they are studying.
How to make students/candidates aware about the job interview
requirements?
Today there have been lots of resources in the Internet on job
interview tips, thus the message needs to go to candidates/students so
they prepare well for the interviews.
