[Assam] How to put USAID and World Bank out of business in India? learn from UK

Question is why USAID and World Bank's consultants not providing services to developed world ? Can Indians who are now running top class MNCs and world class organizations replicate the same in non profit sector and put WB and USAID out of business in India?
   
  How to empower AID-India, ASHA, Assam ASA Foundation and similar organization - which can then replace USAID work in India --ofcourse cheap loans are welcome still.
