       Guwahati, Oct 30: Asom Public Works (APW), a     
  body of family members of ULFA cadres, has come down heavily on the insurgent     
  organisation's so-called commander-in-chief Paresh Baruah, saying he should     
  raise his voice against infiltrators from Bangladesh and ISI agents working     
  in the region. 
     
  
     
  "If Paresh Baruah has any love for his motherland, then he should point     
  his gun towards ISI agents and infiltrators from Bangladesh who have been     
  invading Assam," APW Director Abhijeet Sarma has said. 
     
  
     
  Baruah and his men should immediately stop the killing of 
innocent people in     
  the state in the name of fighting for an independent Assam. 
     
  
     
  Sarma said ISI agents and infiltrators had "posed a serious threat to     
  the state with the aim of making it an Islamic nation". 
     
  
     
  The APW was interested to know if people of Assam favoured the     
  "sovereignty demand of the ULFA" and had started a statewide     
  "public referendum" by distributing a questionnaire among the     
  people, he said. 
     
  
     
  Its result would be declared on November 24 which is observed as Lachit Divas     
  in the state in memory of legendary freedom fighter Lachit Barphukan, he
