There it is! Will Mr. Bipul Phukan come to surface and stand by what he
wanted to say. I think teh affected family shoudl lodge a complaint with the
crime branch and track this guy, if he is onyl in fiction.

Since I could not convince myself why a British journalist would include
family business of an accused NRI in his report, I checked with "The
Observer". To my surprise, I found that the first paragraph in Bipul
Phukan's email talking family and other details of Dr. Tanmoy Sharma was not
there.
