[Assam] Harvard GSE: doctoral students get it free for 3 years now

  I might apply next year -after I have something to show-it is not easy to get in the doctoral program. I applied twice before.
  Will have to take the GRE again next year. 
   
  Any takers from Assam? Free education and can work on-campus to tkae care of daily meals and stay.
