I read this morning about a lady chairman of the Reuters. There actually  the 
chairman was doing all these mergers and take over things(impressive); it  
was not attributed to any CEO. One of course can argue that big decisions are  
taken by the Boards and the CEO only carries out them. It is also said that the 
 fair sex has some advantages over men which large businesses exploit.
