I know Mukul da, I know. There are these con artists in the Center and also
in other states. But since our focus is primarily the NE, we are more
concerned about corruption in a state like Assam, where it would help all,
if they did not exist.
What happens in Delhi or some other place is bad, but hopefully they have
enough people in those states to expose the culprits. It happend to Natwar,
and it could as well happen to others.
