Hello Mukulda,

I was also wondering whethre our Energy Ministry has budgeted for any future
progress (in any). 26000 MW by 2012, just 6 years away, donot seem to have
any consumers, unless a drastic change in demand crops up. We can of course
sell the surpluses to teh national grid.

Nothing has been done for availing CERs from Carbon emission reduction.
Methane is 21 times potent than CO2. If we caupure the methane produced in
coal fields, municipal garbage and burn it CERs will be available. may be
low cost poratable planst can be designed by Mukulda to convert the methane
to Methanol o r some other such chemical which can be sold. Check out
www.unfccc.int/cdm.
