Thanks. You really know about the hopefuls of the North-east. 
 
I cannot suggest any ameliorative steps that we might atempt. Everyday  I 
realize that things are fast changing in India in the midst of which I  discover 
myself as a fossil. Hope netters generate ideas with a  view to improving the 
situation concerning our boys and girls of  the North-east.
