BTW, forgive my ignorance, but what is Subsea 
engineering? What kind of specialized engineering 
do you all do?

I am not sure we can promise you anything 
'intellectual'. The tenor of our discussions and 
debates is a result of the participants' 
contributions. In that
we all owe our fair share to make it what we would like to see.

So, walk right in and get involved. We LIKE 
newcomers here, and we have complete FREEDOM to 
discuss/debate anything we wish to, as long as it 
has some relevance to Assam.
