[Assam] Intentional Spinning?

Actually Armitage's threat of bombing Pakistan to the
stone ages was very much in the news. So I am
surprised Mr. Bush feigns surprise on this one.
There were - if I remember right - long articles about
Armitage's wrestling achievements and much ballyhoo
about him using Musharraf for bench press. That
combined with glowing words about India, sure enough
not just our media but politicos were - as usual -
swooning over him.
Oh yes, he did help India on extraditing Abu Salem.
