[Assam] The Constitution of India

As I understand the Constitution of India is the most amended Constitution  
of the world and at the same time the most debated one (even little  
administrative matters including serious fundamental issues are in the agenda of  the 
High Courts and the Supreme Court of India from day to day. Even the  subject of 
territorial integrity ( sovereignty) has been discussed  from the very 
beginning of the Constitution(Berubari, the Runn of Cutch etc, I  suppose I have 
spelt the names incorrectly, sorryfor my lethargy to spend time  correcting it).
 
Human ingenuity is capable of overrding provisions of the law in  
self-interest. It is being done everyday.
