Dear Mr Deka
 
The role of interpretation in vital matters such as independence of  
judiciary, State-Union relationship, etc is a fundamental one and the Court can  
recommend that certain amendment to the Constitution is warranted. Besides there  
is something known as judge-made laws which mainly relates to 'precedents'  .
 
The Indian Constitution provides an elaborate framework for amendment to  the 
various parts of the Constitution in which the legislatures of the entire  
country may be involved.
