[Assam] Harvard less costly than IIMs : MBA, MPA ?

  Ofcourse , ISB in Hyderabad has been charging even more than Harvard - $30,000 - in 2004. One of my Indian Express colleagues had been enthused to try for admission there (when I was about to come to Harvard) but then he became a father again - personal issues ofcourse deserve priority. His wife was not that keen anyway on his joining ISB.  Same with another college friend of mine who was thinking of GMAT. He became a father again! Anyway, his wife didn't like the idea of his going abraod.
