[Assam] [WaterWatch] Nandigram carnage - who is responsible!?

<News and counter-news as these force me to think whether we are living in a modern democratic republic or some medieval autocracy? 
Where to from here? To a newer low in our history or was it the nadir from where we are bound to rise and rise? >
Nandigram gets the publicity. Assam does not. Indian Army goes and kills 8 sleeping kids. National TV lies  " there was a return of fire". 
And more Foundations are laid  daily by total impotents.
If you want to rise and rise take the country back into the hands of the people-from the hands of the likes of KamalNath,Ambanis,Tatas,Sonia Mainos.
Scrap the Constitution first.Disband all DEFENCE!!!
Let every state,district,group be Sovereign.
Where will they go?
Let them regroup voluntarily into new Optima.
Maybe with a declaration to Humanity "Sorry we failed -as Churchill Predicted--please come back-all are welcome -we are all yours -not just SEZ's, Not just total depletion of our best trained, not just export of all our valuable Ores to depletion!"

These event are distressing and have the potential to move masses towards all forms of desperate expressions like naxalism and maoism.
It must be halted at all cost.

>From Nandigram most CPI(M) leaders and their family have been driven out and residing in Khejuri (neighbouring Block of Nandigram) camps. Their children were prevented & thus unable to give the secondary and senior secondary exams in Nandigram centres.I have no sympathy for these Nandigram people organised by Jamiat-ulemai-Hind & Maoists and most weapons including bombs & swords were kept and taken out from Mosques before attacking the police.Thus it is a type of civil war. These CPI(M) people from Nandigram wore Khaki dress and fired from behind the police!
