  Being from a neighbouring place to Dhemaji I to wish some act of Development in the flood stricken District of Dhemaji.But is that how we wish development...?Will that be of any use if our so called "ENGINEERING COLLEGE" will be merged under water for months and some unfair politicians & contractors will take advantage of it...?Is it not that?See itz happenening in every corner of Assam...Govt. has enough budjet for ROADS & EMBANKMENTS yet what our corrupted officials reserves 25% of the money alotted for themselves,50% taken by the contractors and out of 25% left work starts in such a way that we're still puzzled about the word DEVELOPMENT....? 
   
  Before starting a new option for CORRUPTION in the name of DEVELOPMENT,let wake up our people and make them DEVELOPED first...atleast not to get BLIND FOLDED every time either by the politicians or the BIG figures among us.
