  These "Indian" companies should go the Mittal way and become global - American ones-- and shift headquarters from India / Indonesia to USA or Britain  - just like LN Mittal did - who moved from Kolkata, India to Indonesia and onwards to Britain and now is HQed in Netherlands (perhaps to save tax).
