[Assam] Congressman Phani Sarma passes away

Apart from his Congress-tag, Sri Sarma should be remembered as a self-made
entrepreneur, who coming from Machkhowa village in Dhemaji made a space for
himself in Guwahati through pure hard work and intelligence.
