If ULFA has a plan for improving citizens' life in an independent Assam, they can adapt it (a variation of it) to govern Assam when they return to normal life and win the elections under the existing constitution. They can even work towards changing the constitution.
Do they have the magic formula? We have been waiting to hear about it.

AGP did not have a plan either and their leaders were clueless, just as the ULFA leaders are suspected to be. How is ULFA different from AGP in this regard?

Did you read the report on West bengal published in the Assam Tribune today?

*** All very good.

But would you not want to know HOW ANYTHING will
change, if ULFA becomes a part of the
establishment that has never performed, in fact
sold Assam's interests away?

Isn't that what happened to Assam from AGP?
