[Assam] Sovereignty Restoration

We are missing the point, AGAIN.

Sovereignty is NOT the end game. It is merely a tool to create a
better, more responsive, able government for Assam to better manage
its present and plan for its future.

Nothing that COMPROMISES that end should be negotiable.

But on the other hand, India could have prevented this -- only if it
had the foresight, or the political will to change what it knows it
direly needs. But we know it is unable to do that, even if it wanted
to. And if those who continue to hold India as the guiding light and
Assam's mai-baap, they ought to be the ones to recommend alternatives
they may deem workable, for Assam to consider.
Shouldn't they?

I don't speak for ULFA. You should go ask ULFA what they may have in
mind. But if I were to be asked what the alternatives might be, above
would be mu=y answer.

*** Benevolent Dictator? You mean as in George Bush? Where did that
come from? Didn't realize I had that in my outline. I thought it was
to be Pol-Potian ! Are we not coming down in expectations here?
