Now then, if you believe in Rajen's advice to engage in a productive 
discussion or debate, I hope you will share your own ideas about how 
you can imagine such reforms could be ushered in. But if you take all 
the others'  ARGUMENTATIVE approach and only object obsessively to 
what I proposed with reasons, then it will serve no purpose.
