NGO establishes computer institute in Guwahati
 GUWAHATI, March 14 – Bharat Sevasharam Sangha (BSS), an internationally recognised socio-cultural and philanthropic organisation has introduced a computer institute named as Pranavananda Computer Institute (PCI) recently. The institute was inaugurated by Northeast in charge of BSS Swami Sadhananandaji Maharaj.

PCI at Guwahati has been launched in collaboration with the Webel Informatics Ltd, a Government of West Bengal Enterprise. PCI has already been introduced in other places like Bongaigaon, Hojai, Lumding and Kharupetia. In these places all the institutes are running well.

BSS is engaged in some other social activities. BSS organises free medical treatment in their own premises on Sunday and Thursday at Guwahati. Many well-known doctors give honorary services. Besides, it also organises health check up in rural areas. Moreover, BSS is also running two residential schools at Lumding and Silchar.

PCI at Guwahati will provide various computer courses from beginner level to high-end at a very affordable cost. In the inauguration function, various social personalities of the locality, other than the monks of the Sangha have graced the occasion.

Briefing newsmen, Swami Sadhananandaji said that many a brilliant student cannot do computer courses due to monetary problem. This institute is offering many job-oriented courses at nominal cost. D Goshal, North East Coordinator of Webel Informatics Ltd said that it is a matter of pride that Webel Informatics Ltd tied up with a reputed institution like BSS.
