I thought RTI= RIGHT TO GET INFORMATION -ON DEMAND-NO QUESTION ASKED-'Pray why do you need it- can't you do without it?'<who make many good suggestions>
 
Where did the SUGGESTION phenomenon appear from?
 
Also could somebody explain what is :

Returning of unutilized money. Were these moneys Interest-free grants - to be happily use  as Tax-Free giftCheques?

These are fine ideas. But ideas are relevant, as Uttal suggests, when those making them try to follow up and implement them instead of suggesting that others do so. Surely the RTI is available to all including those living outside of Assam who make many good suggestions.Sanjoy Hazarika__._,_.___
