**** Nice try Again Ram. But what is missing here is something that 
ought to be obvious to all but the totally clueless: That if such 
Indian progress is challenged or pooh-poohed, it is because those are 
proffered by the Indian partisans, either overtly or covertly, as 
REASONS for Assam's continued submission to its unchecked 
exploitation abnd/or subjugation/occupation.

Is it a mystery? It seems it is, but only to those whose agenda is to 
safeguard Assam for India :-).

**** Wow! What breadth and depth of analytical insights :-)! But, 
seriously Ram, is that the ONLY possible outcome of the effort under 
attack? Put your thinking cap on and give it one more shot, would 
you? You might surprise yourself with what you may run into. Trust 
me, you won't get a headache. Heart-burn, maybe. But that is expected 
:-).
