[Assam] Water Policy of Assam: Request for analysis: Forgot the attachment last time:-)

Dear All,


The last consulation which was held on 29the September at AC Dutta Bhawan,
Cotton College rejected the draft policy at its present form.

There was a voice that there should be a peoples policy.
