[Assam] [WaterWatch] Nobel Peace prize to Al Gore and Pachauri

dear uttamda

thanks. i saw quite a few other things and brought back some simple
technologies like processing of water hyacinth (meteka), banana at home
stead level, jasmine rice plantation, organic farming. we at nedfi are going
to start some of these in rural areas.

shall write more on these.
