[Assam] INDIA @60 - NORTH EAST INDIA INVESTMENT CONFERENCE

Dear Friends,
  It touches my hearty when I found someone thinking and trying to do lot for Assam and its people amidst so much of turmoil.One man Mr.MC Mahanta, really took lots of pain to study and do the things.So far personally I came to know late that he did visited lot many inner parts of Assam and had meetings as well kept writing here.Finally I am happy that Nandineee Kalita came up in support of his efforts- first ever I saw.I carry hearty respected for Mr.MC Mahanta for his wonderful thoughts.I hope at the initiative of nandineee kalita like personalities things wqill come to streamline.The MP/Ministers/MLA or the so called AASU/AGP or ULFA like money loafers are yet to think such honest thoughts.If his efforts come true with the noble ideas, these elements will again dream how to make money!!!!
  As the journalist defy the last 30 yrs running ban on RD/ID celebrations, we too need to do this.Best to avert these elements who are the biggest burden to the developement of our Xonar Axom. I wish What Nandinee Kalita supported will give a new dimension to our peoples thoughts.Asom Sahitya Sabha is also rusted now- I never found any developements at any issue by them.The state gone back another 50 years and now seen as if recovered from 1950s earthquake..!!!
  Mr.MC Mahanta's River cleaning effortds never come practically as no govt tried to understand practical aspect of it.Just to say when last LS election was held- the BJP MP from Nalbari ( won Mangaldai LS seat)area said he never saw Mangaldai-Kalaigaon or Tangla!!! So one can imagine such people- what they will do in LS!!
  Its time for the intellectuals to come up and go on as like Dr. Aroop J Kalita coming up with the new mega health project.I wish Mr.MC Mahanta will get more value for his thoughts-which are more practical.
