[Assam] Reservation!!!!!

To quote Ram Sarangapani, looks like this piece was by someone 
"---- behaving like a shock jockey and is trying desperately to 
elicit some response."

What it really says is that the author is clueless about  what needs 
to be done just like those, who were emotionally aroused by trash 
like this.
