We wish Dr. Santonu spares a thought for us shivering- in an unprecedented COLD WAVE- to bones here in Assam--really all the way along the Himalayas to Peshawar.
Why is it happening?   What is the long-term cure?
Can we bring a degree of predictability to our seasonal ups and downs?
The GOI Meteorological Office here gives out quackish half-science statements on the matters of weather,flood,earthquake--Nobody questions--lap these up!!!
