  OBJECTIVES & GOALS :
  (i) to develop human resources available in North East India for overall development of North East in particular and India in general.
  
(ii) to provide counseling services to the people of North East relating to career, education, legal, health care, family relation, motivation, social harmony and any other matter that contribute for development of human resources.
  
(iii) to provide consultancy services in the matter of educational, industrial, financial, technical, infrastructure development etc to any person/ persons or organization or Government or any agency/NGO (Indian or Foreign) for economic/social/industrial development of North East India. 
(iv) to support Government and other National/International agencies in achieving the goal of ‘Education and job for All’.
  
(v) to create a data bank of experienced senior citizens in the age group of 55 years to 70years who had worked in diverse areas like engineering/agriculture/ administration/ management/teaching/health
care etc so that their experience and expertise can be better utilized for Human Resource and over all Development of North East.
  
(vi) To establish innovative educational institutions, research institute, organize Seminar/Workshop/ Symposium and provide any other services associated with education for information dissipation and spreading of knowledge. 
  
(vii) To provide consultancy, technical and logistic support to educational institutions for imparting quality education.
  
(viii) to establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or aid to or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running schools, colleges, institutions of higher learning in the field of Management, Engineering, Science & Technology etc.
  
(ix) to open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running schools, colleges, training halls and other establishments or institutions for advancement of education and knowledge in arts, science, commerce, literature, humanities and all other useful subjects in all their manifestations.
  
(x) To promote, advance and encourage and/or aid in helping, promoting, advancing and encouraging primary, secondary and higher education including technical and medical/paramedical education also physical training, training of handicrafts, fine art and other useful arts, crafts among the people of North East including the establishment and maintenance of Shilpa-Gram, Industrial Training Institute etc.

(xi) To foster and encourage education and training in handicrafts, fine-arts, service-sector related jobs and establish and maintain institutions imparting such education.
  
(xii) to open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, support and/or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running or otherwise, centers, stadium, playgrounds and parks for public use, 
sports, and games and other social welfare works and/or activities in Guwahati and/or other places in North East and other parts of India.
  
(xiii) To open, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, support and/or help in the setting up and/or running of old age care home for senior citizens, hostels for working women, girls and destitute children.
  
(xiv) To grant, pay, honor or give scholarships, prizes, and awards to the achievers of North East in different field of science, engineering, agriculture, management, technology, art, culture, literature, social service and leadership etc.
  
(xv) To promote, assist and/or maintain all activities by whosoever carried on or wherever carried on in India in conformity with the objects of the Trust and as are conducive to the well being and general welfare of the nation in general and North East in particular.
  
(xvi) To publish and or publishing books, pamphlets, periodicals, newspapers, CD-ROM, audio and video CD, website or establish and own any other means of communication like satellite TV station, FM Radio station etc for the spread and advancement of education, knowledge, skill, art and culture.
  
(xvii) To fight against degradation of Moral, Social, Ethical values and foster for Human Values.
  
(xviii) To promote Nationalism and Patriotism 
  
(xix) To work for protection of Environment, Ecology, Bio-diversity of North East along with balanced & sustainable growth.
  
(xx) To work for creation of a Knowledge Society based on equity, trust, love and natural justice.
