[Assam] rediff: beat or cheat - your choice

Ironically these categories  under reservations are only happily enjoying at HAL,NAL,DRDO,ISRO, Ordinance factories, Atomic Reactors etc.. etc.... and imagine why we cant fly our own aircraft or make bombers.Might be Madhavan Nair keep saying , but one fine day he will retire too- tired of statements.

PS: In many states where cheating is not possible and papers also do not leak out - like Rajasthan Univ at Jaipur - professors make money by having tutoring classes while not teaching at college or teaching badly there. In Bhopal my landlord's teenaged daughter - then a tenth grader surprised me one late evening in 1998 by saying that I should go outon my mobike and get exam papers for her - since all her friends' brothers were helping out their sisters thus. Though working for Indian Express, a fiery newspaper I decided to check out and  found that master's level exam papers were available at photocopy shops - just removed the night before from college safe - to be returned some hours later.

Ofcourse, even IAS recruitment exam papers were let out in some place in Bihar long back
