[Assam] Hindu: Finishing Schools need in Assam

Umesh:

Why do you think there is a " Hindu: Finishing Schools need in Assam" ?
(The Hindu does not suggest it - you do)

Before Assam, there seems to be a bigger need for "Finishing Schools" in
many other places
(include Delhi/Mumbai/Bihar),  and perhaps often even in these forums. :)

Most of us having had even some basic schooling in Assam, seem to have
already gone thru some good "finishing school"!
