Every Governmenty type  eulogizing the "Future Rising Stars-  Engines of --  --  --INDIA+CHINA"   when they talk about"9>10>11%GROWTH"
And he went right ahead and 'FOUNDATION-STONE-laid another 3000 MW Hydro   Project   Dibang---"
Papers yesterday were all plastered  ' Cabinet NOD for Dihang/Dibang/NowaDihing projects----'
Wonder how the language will change now.
