I tracked SoumyoDeep to Dibrugarh 2 hours back - where he just arrived from 
Arunachal GreenCrisis Zone.He is taking the Night Bus to Gau about now--you 
can try +91-373 2325505
His Mobile got pinched- so he cannot get the old number Back till he reaches 
Dhubri back again.
In between he has to attend to some Crisis at some other Reserve forest>come 
back to Guwahati for a meeting-- and hopefully reach station Dhubri on 15th 
fEB.
If you have any Urgent message- please mail to Nava Thakuria- who can pass 
to SoumyoDeep on 13th Midday at Gauhati Press Club.
