[Assam] Naxals: why don't they call in the military ?

Dear Umesh,
  You will get the 11000 Volts shock that 50% of Indian military/paramilitary are only in Assam and 7 states.Not to protect from China/Bangladesh/Burma-BUT to teach them to be INDIAN by any brutal methods and  sell military liquor to get converted into heavy drinkers,petrol-diesel,military items etc. Worst is that even having famous Assam police batalions, Delhi deploys MPSAF,Punjab police,CISF- what they dnt do in any state.
  Should get entry into limca book of world recors or so-
What to say more- because other states are in India.NAtional anthem dnt have assam and 7 state name in it.
