Pls see  how this 76 year old man is leading this major infrastructure project in Delhi...simply BRILLIANT.
He did it earlier in South India ,konkan railways and now  in Delhi  .This model can be replicated in other metros as well. 
 
It's all about 'CAN DO' mentality against all the odds there ( govt redtape, corruption,dysfunctional system et al)
