ABV+Nitish Kumar only added  a Road   deck when they were brought to Inaugurate  thew formal launch of Bogibeel Rail Bridge  which was abuilding since 1973!!!
And what   motivated this Bridge Concept?
Who initiated Action?
Why at Bogibeel  where the crossing is 11Km-and not at Nimati    just 100Km downstream where it is 1Km?
