[Assam] Business Week : Indian economy: Hero to Zero?

In Assamese we say:
"NASIIBO NEZANAE--    SWOTAL KHON BENKAA--"
He won't  learn. I told him in black and white " Liberate us-- and we liberate You" 
Now more than ever  before.
But common sense is not all that common!
The people deserve the Government they elect!
