Now here is a story from March, that must have caught Ambika Shukla's
attention.
The Indian cricket skipper celebrated his Australia win by .. what else...
sacrificing a goat!

PETA's response was basically a slap on the wrist, and there was no mention
of Shukla or any other big shot. But she did sign some online petition:

Dhoni should be ashamed of himself. As a young supposedly educated and
progressive person, he should certainly not be participating in a primitive
, cruel and illegal practice. He needs to be severely punished and made to
apologise to the whole nation.

Rather tepid, ain't it? No punishment spelled out clearly, no getting the
public all worked up.
Heck, after all, it is the Indian cricket captain, and not some
damn foreign-looking, uncivilized, imbecil of a student from the North East.

And not even some hot-shot Delhi socialite has the guts to go that far.

Could she dare suggest to take away Dhoni's college degrees? And why not go
a bit further, she could  try and strip Dhoni of all his medals, and
trophies?

But then, I'm not holding my breath!
