Appeal from Bhaskar Saud
Dear Sir
We offer our gratitude to you being a part of our dolphin conservation campaign and disseminating the objective of the C-NES initiatives on dolphin conservation to the broader audience in the abroad. Your article in the magazine POSOOWA is very touching and will definitely help to get more attention by the NRIs of this region.
Our project aimed at the conservation of endangered river dolphins improving the livelihood linked to Community based ecotourism in the dolphin inhabited areas especially in Kukurmara of Kamrup district and in Guijan of the Tinsukia district. In these regard we are looking for more advocacies in tourism potential of the region based on river dolphins.
There are many peoples who are interested in the viewing the dolphin plays, swimming with dolphins etc in European countries, so we are interested to disseminate the information of the occurrence of river dolphins in this region which is a schedule -I species and endemic to this region and the only fresh water mammal of the world. And we are looking for your advice and help to mark our initiatives in abroad to bring more tourists to view the mighty river dolphins and also about different ecotourism programmes.
with regards
Bhaskar J. Saud
