Kindly file complaint to the MEA Shri Pranab Mukherji directly with the relevent details.Writing in teh sites will alarm people, who wil in turn forget again at the airports.We need be law concious enough to stop and prevent further activities of those culprits. This type of things are known all over.Since you come across live, kindly do file complaint.
This will surely work.Govt of India takes actions now a days.Only time mater and one ned to keep reminding under RTI etc.
