[Assam] Crores of PMGSY funds left unused in Asom

The poeple of Assam, the Babus, Netajis, local leaders to blame.And the dirties of all- the mushrooming contractors of Assam.All are worst than carcinoma!!
 
So who will eat the money is a big question.But since CBI monitors al, none wanted to utilise the money Right Sir?
