[Assam] 121 goats and a buffalo sacrificed at Kamakhya Temple following the recent victory of the UPA led Indian Government

And in the same Hindu scriptures, it's written:
 
"Ahinsa, the law of noninjury, is the Hindu's first duty in fulfilling religious obligations to God and God's creation as defined by Vedic scripture."
