[Assam] South Asia hit by food shortages

Blame it on both BUSH Sr and Jr.Their war mentality is the result of todays Asia.
  Recently I wrote on same point relfecting Assam. Assam is also not less than Afganistan or Iraq now.(Mercy Govt of India and bhoot bank).
