Might be the man planted bomb was his ex school mate/ bottle mate! ??? Til now its too difficult to predict who plants bomb in Assam. Bcz Delhi wanted heat up the region- a bomb could be planted with only Rs.1000 per bomb. Mahant da really funny! Investigation over now.
  Recently GHY police charged Lachit for forging ULFA Chairman signature. Hope this man to could be booked for false allegations.Am I rt?
