[Assam] My petition on 24 Nov 2007 Beltola incident V/S NCW: Wake up

Friends,
  It was too painful to battle alone against all the odds gygants.But since December 03/2007 and my RTI followups, now after PREZ office, its NCW(National Commission for Women) to wake up and directed the Secy,Min of I&B,GOI, New Delhi dtd 29 April as-
  " You are therefore requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action & also to censor indecent representation of women by the media especially the private channels. The Commission may be apprised of the action taken in the matter within 4 weeks."

  Atleast some fruit come up.
  Sorrowfully the National Human right Commission, Delhi sidelines the issue citing  secxtion 36 of protection of Human rights Act 1993, read with regulations 9 of the National Human rights Commission(Procedure) REgulations 1994 as amended.Hence the file is closed.- 
  A great action indeed.
   
  However I am fully safisfied at my pain to go alone with all without any support even from the women folks.......Moola gabharoo etc.And for the past 3 yrs I have not seen Assam at all.In my own investigation ,I found that the people from the garden was taken for GHY city sight seeing.This small girl was from Bishwanath Chariali area.She is now kept underground by the so called leaders to avoid them being exploited!! Who took them to GHY, who made them to remain hungry and instead food, who offered them local FAtika in empty stomach in sunlight is still a miracle. Who provided weapons,Bow arrow, Daa etc will come only with CBI investigation hope. Even an Army investigation will reveal all.
  Will anyone take pain to conclude with me please?
