[Assam] Assam International University-AT edit

Intl University to follow the way of Intl hospital at Dispur! If International Hospital can exist, why not International Univ?
  To rehabilitate the former ministers wives,relative and officials wives as dean or so......The best idea.Let existing GHY Univ go to hell for them.
  Then some international extremist outfit will make a good hub and anotehr sarbananda /Samujjwal like man will study for another 2 long decades!!
